Siamo arrivati a Lucca nel 2003, un bel posto
per vivere in cui si trova degli grandi amici...
Lavoriamo insieme dal 2005 per produrre il
gelato artigianale, fresco e buono e sempre
nel rispetto della normativa CE denominata
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points,
cioè analisi del rischio e controllo
dei punti critici), un efficace programma
di prevenzione sulla sicurezza igienica delle
varie fasi di lavorazione a cui la nostra
gelateria, ormai da tempo, si attiene.

Ciao! We are a husband and wife team
- Chris Green and Vicki Paylor - who arrived
in Lucca from England in 2003. Lucca
is a beautiful place to live, where we have
made some great friends....
After both working for so long in insurance
in the UK we decided on a change of lifestyle
and since 2005 have been producing home made
gelato in Italy. We work together
to produce and sell delicious, fresh gelato,
always according to the HACCP system
which we have in place (HACCP is the
legislative 'Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Points' system which ensures
health and hygiene is top priority throughout
every stage of our work!)
